To assist you in this matter we have listed below some important credentials of ours, which we trust you will find very helpful. 

Data Protection 

– In accordance with the DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998 we are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. Registration No. Z8961189.

Employers Liability Insurance
– we have cover for up to £10 million pounds in the event of any claim against us from people working on behalf of our company.

Public Liability Insurance
– we have cover for up to £5 million pounds, which protects you the customer against any malpractice or accidental damage arising through our neglect whilst handling your sensitive data media.

Staff Fidelity Bonding Process

– we ensure that all people that come into contact with companies’ documents are fully vetted and clear of any criminal records.

Registered Waste Carriers

– we have a fully authenticated certificate from The Environment Agency allowing us to handle, carry and recycle your waste material.

Recommendations

– Banks, Housing Associations, Government Offices, The Legal and Accounts Profession, Insurance and Investment Companies, and many other types of businesses’ use our service.  We can happily provide a selection of recommendations for you but as you will appreciate due to the confidential nature of our service we need to provide such information separately and with authorisation to do so.

Retention of Title
– Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk, property in and title to the goods shall remain with the Gosprey Ltd until the Gosprey Ltd has received payment of the full price of (a) all Goods and/or Services the subject of the Contract and (b) all other goods and/or services supplied by the Gosprey Ltd to the buyer under any contract whatsoever. Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable all contracts between the Gosprey Ltd and the buyer.
